Information we collect
We may collect business contact details, inquiry and project information, customer-provided files and assets, order metadata, training records, technical usage information, marketing preferences, and AI inputs and outputs needed to provide a requested service.
For the desktop beta, Google Sign-In provides us with your verified Google account email. We store that email and any optional company name and website you submit in our registration database so we can grant download access and contact you about the beta. We do not receive your Google password.
- Do not submit passwords, credentials, payment-card details, health information, employee case files, or unnecessary sensitive data.
- You must have authority to share every file and item of personal information you provide.

How and why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess fit, confirm scope, deliver products and training, configure and test AI workflows, process orders, provide support, secure the service, comply with law, and send permitted marketing.
- European legal bases may include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent.
- Awair does not use service data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

AI providers and customer content
Awair may use approved AI, cloud, hosting, payment, communications, analytics, and storage providers. Access is limited to what is reasonably needed for the agreed purpose. Awair will not use confidential customer content to train a public or shared AI model.

Disclosure and international transfers
Information may be disclosed to contracted service providers, advisers, authorities where required, or in a business transaction. Awair does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Where European law requires it, transfers use an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.

Retention
- Unsuccessful inquiries: up to 12 months after last substantive contact.
- Customer inputs and AI working files: engagement plus up to 90 days.
- Contracts, invoices, and essential service records: up to 7 years or as legally required.
- Technical and security logs: up to 12 months.
- Marketing records: until unsubscribe or objection, with inactive contacts reviewed after 2 years.

Security, cookies, and analytics
Awair uses reasonable access, account, vendor, transfer, storage, and deletion safeguards. Strictly necessary cookies may support operation and security. Optional analytics or advertising cookies will wait for consent where required.

Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, opt-out, limitation of sensitive-data use, or an appeal. You may also complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
