Services and standard packages
Awair provides focused AI consulting, content, training, self-serve materials, and role-specific agents. Services are intended primarily for businesses and professionals; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- $9.99 one-time: self-serve Chief of Staff plugin.
- $199 per user: customized Chief of Staff.
- $199: 10 social media content pieces.
- $249: 10 posts plus a focused social marketing strategy.
- $299 per seat: four live online one-hour Academy classes.
- $299 per agent: one configured Role Agent.

Delivery and iterations
Awair responds to new inquiries within one week. Standard-package delivery begins after scope confirmation, cleared payment, and complete usable inputs. Academy dates are agreed separately.
- Where included, an iteration is one consolidated feedback round within the original agreed scope.
- Feedback is due within 14 calendar days unless an order says otherwise.
- New objectives, audiences, channels, workflows, roles, platforms, integrations, or replacement briefs are scope changes.

Fees, taxes, and operating costs
Website prices are one-time fees in USD and exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, withholding, and similar taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The customer pays bank and currency-conversion charges.
- Role Agent model, API, software, hosting, storage, and other operating costs are paid by the customer.

Customer responsibilities and human control
- Provide accurate, lawful, and timely inputs, feedback, access, and approvals.
- Have the rights required for all submitted files and assets.
- Review AI-assisted outputs and verify important facts.
- Keep qualified people responsible for consequential decisions.
- Human approval is required for publishing, spend, outbound communications, contracts, financial actions, employment decisions, and other consequential actions unless separately authorized in writing.

AI limitations
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or similar to material generated for others. Awair does not guarantee revenue, productivity, adoption, reach, ranking, or another particular business result.

Intellectual property and confidentiality
After full payment, the customer owns final customer-specific deliverables, excluding Awair’s reusable software, prompts, methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, and third-party materials. Customer material remains the customer’s property and is used only to provide the service. Each party must protect the other’s confidential information.

Cancellation, warranties, and liability
Subject to mandatory rights, a service may be cancelled for a refund before work begins. Once work begins, fees are non-refundable except where Awair fails to provide the service and does not cure the failure. Awair will provide paid services with reasonable care and skill.
- Liability exclusions and caps apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- The complete governing-law, jurisdiction, entity, address, and refund language must be completed before publication.
